Return Policy
Due to the authentic nature of our hair, all sales are FINAL.
Exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. All exchanges are subject to a $30 restocking fee, this does not include the cost for the return label or the shipping label for the item to be exchanged for. All exchanged items must be in it's original packaging, condition (no combing, brushing, curl pattern alterations, coloring, cutting), as this will void exchange eligibility.
If you need to exchange an item, please email xoxovirginhair@gmail.com. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
USA-based orders are free to ship over $500. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some locations, and cannot be shipped to those specific international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the hair we offer are weight-based.
